Catching up

Now that Christmas is rapidly approaching, I decided that I am way overdue to post some pictures from the month of November.  November was a rough month (hence no blog updates), but there were a few highlights including Thanksgiving and a trip to Oxford for the Ole Miss - Vanderbilt game.  Be sure not to miss the funny video at the bottom!
One of her new favorite activities
 Baking with Daddy

Charlotte - 1, Mommy and Daddy - 0.  Tried to cut out the bottle cold turkey ...
 In downtown Oxford
At City Grocery eating lunch before the game
The sea of tents in the Grove

Eating a dinner of applesauce before heading back to the hotel

With Dad's cousin Joe, Aunt Marjorie, and Dad's cousin Steve
She kept the bow in for a few minutes ...
Charlotte's little friend she met at the Grove

Worn out after a hard day of tailgating.  Charlotte loved it!  She ran up to random tents and took food off of tables, cookies out of strangers' hands, etc.  Needless to say we were all exhausted as well at the end of the day after chasing her around!

 Voting!
Miss independent likes to take walks on her own now ... very rarely will she let us put her in the stroller
Being a busy toddler is hard work!
 Art work from school
Hanging out on the porch ... her favorite spot
She loves to throw Eli the ball off the deck!  She gets frustrated when Brutus doesn't perform up to Golden Retriever standards at home ... he is a lot of things, but a retriever is not one of them
After spending the night with Grandma and Grandpa!
 Happy Thanksgiving!

The turkey was absolutely delicious ... one of the best ever
Charlotte at the head of the table.  First time in a booster seat
The dinner roll was her favorite part of the meal (surprise, surprise)

 Playing ball

 Wonderful Thanksgiving with family
Charlotte eating her dinner roll while the paparazzi fire away.  Clearly this child is starved for attention ...

Visiting Santa at Zoolight Safari

After Brandon picked her up, she waved, said "bye-bye", and blew Santa a kiss ... the joys of a 17-month-old!

Trick or treat!

Charlotte had a great time trick or treating on Halloween!  She had no interest in eating candy, but loved filling her basket with it.  But with her pacifier in the ENTIRE night, how could she have eaten candy anyway?

She has NO interest in being picked up ... wants to be on the ground exploring!

 Playing with candy at home
Our little dog is headed out to trick-or-treat!
 Giving Brutus a goodbye hug

She got very good at banging on the door

Went down the street to visit Bo and Charlie
The energizer bunny kept going and going ... way past her bedtime!
A visit from Amelia, who lives next to my parents
